Information voluntarily provided to the Company by customers when requesting catalogs or materials, registering as customers, submitting questions or communications concerning the Company’s products, services or websites, or otherwise using the Company’s services;

Information acquired or accumulated by the Company when customers browse Group websites, conduct keyword searches, download drawings or other materials, request quotations, place orders or use other services.

Information provided to the Company in connection with transactions with the Company, including the names, departments, email addresses, business addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers of personnel of business partners;

Information automatically acquired or accumulated using Internet technologies when the Company’s ordering or other systems are used;

Other information voluntarily provided to the Company in connection with transactions with the Company.

Information concerning an applicant’s personal background and circumstances, including name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, educational background, employment history, qualifications, annual income, information concerning disabilities in connection with recruitment procedures for persons with disabilities, and any other information specified by the Company;

Information contained in resumes, curricula vitae, application forms, questionnaires and other documents provided by applicants to apply for recruitment activities;

Contents of communications in any form between the Company and applicants, including conversations, correspondence, telephone calls and interviews;

Results of background checks, reference checks and recruitment tests, where conducted, and information obtained through other verification procedures for recruitment selection;

History of previous applications for or participation in recruitment activities and the results of previous recruitment selection processes;

Information concerning an applicant’s use of recruitment platforms, including login information, login dates and times, referring pages and browsing history.
