Fictiv Opens New Office in Guangzhou, China

MISUMI Group Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Arata Shimizu) announces that its U.S. subsidiary, Fictiv Inc. (“Fictiv”), has opened a new office and operations hub in Panyu District, Guangzhou, China. To mark the launch, Fictiv held an opening ceremony on April 8, 2026.

The new facility strengthens the foundation for the next phase of the industrial AI strategy led by Fictiv and MISUMI Americas Business Company, which oversees MISUMI’s operations across the Americas.
Serving as a quality control and logistics hub, the new office supports Fictiv’s full range of services and is positioned as a core operational base. It enables an integrated workflow spanning conceptual design, production, and rapid shipment.

The facility is located in the Pearl River Delta, one of the world’s leading economic centers and a major manufacturing cluster. By establishing a presence in close proximity to many of Fictiv’s key partners, the company enables rapid feedback between its engineers and manufacturing partners. This proximity helps ensure the deep trust and operational agility essential to maintaining global quality standards. Centered on this new hub, Fictiv will support customers across a broad range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, climate tech, robotics, electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOL), medical technology, and factory automation
