Using a large language model (LLM), the service interprets customer inquiries and instantly delivers optimal answers drawn from more than 300 pages of technical and operational manuals. The feature is already available in North America, with further regional expansion planned.

Since its launch, meviy has continuously expanded its features to improve customer convenience. As a result, while the service has become more user-friendly—with a wider range of supported materials, machining conditions, and service functions—the volume of information has grown extremely large, exceeding 300 pages of technical and operational manuals. Amid this expansion, we began to receive more feedback from customers noting that it “takes time to locate the necessary information.”
Traditional chatbots, whether keyword‑based or scenario‑based, have had limitations in providing accurate answers based on the vast and highly specialized information. To address this challenge, we partnered with EdgeX, a company with strong expertise in generative AI consulting, to jointly develop a high‑quality, meviy‑specific AI chatbot powered by the latest LLM technology. After pilot testing in 2025, the feature is now being fully deployed. This enables the service to instantly provide optimal responses that reflect the customer’s questions and context.
