Furthermore, with this relocation, we will further improve the office environment to enhance the creativity and productivity of every employee, thereby fundamentally eliminating all kinds of "waste" for our customers and suppliers; further accelerating the transition to a circular economy.
The new Head Office provides space, environment, and IT infrastructure for officeusing and remote employees to co-create, thereby advancing the MISUMI model. Kudan Kaikan Terrace is also environmentally friendly while continuing its 90-year history. CO2-free electricity throughout the building is expected to reduce CO2 emissions at MISUMI's Head Office by approximately 1,012 tons^※１.
In addition, the construction will ensure safety in the event of a disaster, thereby improving business continuity from a BCP perspective.
MISUMI will take the opportunity of our new Head Office relocation to advance sustainability management and to further increase our customers’ time value.
