MISUMI receives "100 Customer Support Professionals" and "Excellent Award" for the Best Customer Support of the Year 2024

~ Winners honored at the 27th Customer Support Symposium ~

MISUMI Group Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Representative Director and President: Ryusei Ono) is pleased to announce that it received the “Excellence Award*” at the award ceremony held during the 27th Customer Support Symposium hosted by the Japan Institute of Information Technology (“JIIT”) on September 12,2024. In addition, our employee was selected as one of the “100 Customer Support Professionals.”

About the ”100 Customer Support Professionals”

The award is given to individuals who demonstrated particularly outstanding achievements and contributions among the companies that won JIIT’s “Best Customer Support” award in the current year.  17 people were selected from among this year’s award-winning companies , and Kanae Inoue, General Manager of the User Service Promotion Department of the Japan Business Company, was selected from MISUMI.

 

<Reason for Selection>
With a good understanding of the business, she led the promotion of the use of RPA and AI-OCR in the relevant departments in Japan and achieved results.
In addition to promoting automation, she also trained operators as RPA engineers and promoted the development of multi-skilled workers outside of center operations, thereby contributing to both the improvement of employee experience) and the creation of customer time value.
