Notice Concerning Organizational and Personnel Changes

Effective November 2, 2009, the MISUMI Group decided the following organizational and personnel changes.

1.Organizational changes

The following organizational changes will be implemented to accelerate international expansion of the FA business and to integrate the die components business.

  • Form the new MISUMI FA International Company under the FA Business Group at MISUMI Corporation to oversee the international FA businesses.
  • Form the new MISUMI Die & Mold Company at MISUMI Corporation to integrate the MISUMI Press Company and the MISUMI Mold & Tool Company.
